We have two main office locations in Australia, our head office is based in Newcastle and our Sydney office is located on Pitt Street in the heart of Sydney. Our Newcastle office houses our Customer Service Centre as well as our Operations, Accounts, Human Resources, Information Technology and Flights Departments while our Sydney office is home to our Marketing, Art, Sales and Product Departments. We also have Tour Directors and Sales Executives based in every state in Australia and many locations around the world.

Marketing Executive (Sydney Office)

We currently have a position available for a Marketing Executive based in our Sydney office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Print and online media buying;
  • Marketing in New Zealand;
  • Trade marketing which will include our Elite Travel Agents partners, International Cruise Council of Australia (ICCA), Passport to Rewards, expos and flyers;
  • Agent advertising requests;
  • Joint marketing campaigns with external parties

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will suit a creative, ambitious applicant who possesses the following:

  • Experience with media buying;
  • Experience with creative development and dispatch
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure; 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on deadline
