To enter, travel agents (entrants) will be required to answer all questions in the survey by Friday 31st August 2012. Entrants may only enter once. To be eligible to win, entrants must correctly answer all questions. All entrants who correctly answer all questions will be put into a draw and one person will be selected at Scenic Tours, Level 14, 56 Pitt Street, Sydney New South Wales, Australia. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone call by Friday 7 September 2012. The Promoter’s (Scenic Tours) decision is final. The winner will also be contacted by a Scenic Tours’ representative and photographed during the prize handover. This photo and a short article will be featured in a future issue of Travel Daily. The competition commences on Monday 14 May 2012 and entries close Friday 31st August 2012. Only current Australian travel agents who are 18 years old and above are eligible to apply. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result. The Major prize winner will win a Glass door Mini Bar Fridge and a 4 hour function of their choice at their indicated travel agency. The function will cater for 15 people with 1 Cocktail Bartender and 1 Bar staff serving drinks and food. There will be a bonus draws held at the Promoter’s premises at 10:30 on 03 September 2012 which will be drawn from 6 randomly selected entries. Each valid entry from the draw will receive $75 bottle of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin (the bonus draw prize). The prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Glass fridge in the image is not the exact mini bar fridge that the winner will receive. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
