(13 days, Nairobi - Nairobi, 2015)
Kenyan Safari
Spend 13 days touring the beautiful Kenyan countryside, visiting some of its most popular destinations and sights, like Mount Kilimanjaro and Masai Mara National Reserve.
Your 13 day tour of Kenya begins in the capital Nairobi, popularly known as the ‘Green City in the Sun’. Located beneath Mount Kilimanjaro is the incredible Amboseli National Park, where you will experience a game drive to meet the local population of elephants, birds and other wildlife. From Amboseli you will head to Aberdare National Park, Nairobi’s most famous safari park that boasts black rhinoceros amongst the staggering number of diverse animals that call Aberdare home.  Next stop on this adventure is the Shaba National Reserve where you will witness a private dance performance by a local tribe. You will then travel to Sweetwaters Game Reserve for the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and an included game drive through the park. The stunning landscape of Lake Nakuru National Park is our next destination, home to large flocks of pelicans and pink flamingos. You will also visit the Nakuru Baby Orphanage Centre, established by an Australian family who care for the local children. Finally you will arrive at Masai Mara National Reserve for a game drive through the park renowned for its large population of lions, zebras, impala, antelope, hippos, giraffes and leopards. The seasonal Great Migration also occurs here, so will be a spectacular conclusion for those who travel at that time. Your tour then ends in Nairobi, where you will enjoy a farewell bush breakfast.
